Proposed Rule Change
The Office of Administrative Hearings seeks public comment on a proposed rule change to AAC R2-19-108, Sections (E) and (F), relating to filing and service of documents. The changes are suggested in order to conform the rule to long-standing practice related to electronic filing of documents with the Office of Administrative Hearings. Electronic filing makes the administrative adjudication process far simpler for litigants and the Office of Administrative Hearings and results in time and money savings for both litigants and the Office of Administrative Hearings.
Written comments regarding the proposed rule change will be accepted until February 20, 2024 and may be submitted to the Office of Administrative Hearings by sending the comments by email to [email protected] or delivering them during normal business hours or sending them via US Mail to the Office of Administrative Hearings located at 1740 W. Adams, Lower Level, Phoenix, Arizona 85007.
An oral comment proceeding will be held on Friday, March 1, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. at this location:
