Billing Rates

State agencies will be billed throughout the fiscal year for each case filed and for each hour billed by an administrative law judge on a monthly basis using the cost allocation method. At the end of the fiscal year bills will be recalculated using a single average annual rate applied to each case filed and for each hour billed, thus every client will ultimately pay the same fees notwithstading the month services were provided. Every state agency will then have been treated equitably. This will be the amount the agency is ultimately responsible for paying. Below are the average annual rates from previous fiscal years.
