Velva Moses-Thompson
Velva Moses-Thompson received a B.A. from the University of California at Los Angeles and a J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. She has experience representing parties in administrative hearings and litigating residential real property disputes. Before coming to the Office of Administrative Hearings, Mrs. Moses-Thompson conducted and presided over administrative hearings regarding child support disbursement, the Vocational Rehabilitation program, public assistance fraud and the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) for the Arizona Department of Economic Security. She also has experience teaching graduate courses in the U.S. and Arizona Constitutions.
