Samuel Percy Adams Fox

Samuel Percy Adams Fox joined the Office of Administrative Hearings on May 13, 2024. Born and raised in Phoenix, he received undergraduate and masters degrees in Accountancy from Arizona State University. Judge Fox received his Juris Doctor from the Duke University School of Law. Before joining the Office of Administrative Hearings, Judge Fox worked in the public and private sectors. He was an Assistant Attorney General in the Consumer Protection and Advocacy section of the Arizona Attorney General's Office, and he worked as a Consumer Financial Services and Banking Regulation attorney for an Am Law 100 law firm in Washington, DC. Judge Fox is proud to serve the people of Arizona.
