Brian Del Vecchio
Brian Del Vecchio joined the office of Administrative Hearings on April 17, 2023. Judge Del Vecchio received his undergraduate degree from California State University Fullerton where he was the recipient of the Harvey P. Grody award for legal excellence. He then pursued a law degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, where he competed in the American Bar Association National Moot Court competition, and was awarded 2nd best orator in the nation in 2014. While in law school, he served as Chair of the Moot Court program. After law school Brian worked in complex litigation insurance defense. In 2019 he moved to Arizona and worked in personal injury before becoming an Administrative Law Judge for the Department of Economic Security. Judge Del Vecchio is also an Adjunct Professor of Appellate Advocacy at Thomas Jefferson School of Law.
