Web Based Electronic Records
Certain cases are designated as "web-based, " requiring parties to submit all documents, including motions, by way of a website, which posts such documents in "real time" with e-mail advisment of such posting to all parties.
Such cases are set by way of an order sent to the parties. Here is an example of a web-based case as it was developed by the parties as ordered by the Administrative Law Judge.
