ADMINISTRATIVE LAW JUDGE
Immediate openings. The ALJ is responsible for conducting hearings in contested cases and appealable agency actions from various state agencies. See A.R.S. § 41-1092 et seq. and the Office website at www. azoah.com
regarding the work and procedures of the Office. Great weight is placed on commitment to the Office mission of fairly and impartially hearing contested matters arising out of state regulation, spirit of collegiality, ability to master a variety of specialties among a wide range of subjects, ability to interface effectively with the automated office system in documenting cases and preparing work product, creativity, openness to peer review, and willingness to undertake continuing education to enhance skills.
