Hearings for Planned Community and Condominium Associations
On January 29, 2009, the Arizona Department of Fire, Building and Life Safety and the Office of Administrative Hearings were enjoined from taking any further action in any pending administrative adjudication and from accepting any new petitions for administrative adjudication.
