Submitting Electronic Exhibits (See also, Use of Multimedia at Hearing)
Parties may find it useful to submit exhibits electronically for use at hearing. This is particularly true if one's case is document intensive. Such electronically submitted exhibits may be moved into evidence, as all will be in a form that may be ultimately transmitted to Superior Court, should an appeal to that court be filed later.
In the absence of a specific procedural order issued by the Administrative Law Judge in your case (see example), the Chief Administrative Law Judge has issued a standing ORDER also permitting the filing of exhibits in electronic form. The ORDER sets the requirements for such submission.
